Hi, I'm Karsten.

Born and raised in Northern Germany I am now located in Karlsruhe after stations in Osnabrück, Nuremberg, and Frankfurt.

I started my journey in the IT business as a Customer Support Agent and Windows Client Administrator.

In 2015 I changed the course of my career and dived "all in" into the cloud business. When I realised which possibilities the public clouds had to offer, I was convinced that this would be the future of IT.

So since then I decided to lay my focus on all things Cloud, container, Kubernetes, automation, infrastructure as code, CI/CD and building resilient, highly available infrastructure.
